The Gallery building is of concrete brick, built 1990, originally as a restaurant, 18m x 6m. There are two main rooms and two toilets and a storage space. The hoods and extract fans of the original kitchen are still in place; the building has reverse cycle air conditioning and three phase power. Both rooms have good quality paint and gallery fittings. The front room does not have gallery lighting because of good natural light. The Gallery is on the main street but there is good parking in front of the Gallery and on the side street.
This is an operating art gallery featuring the paintings and prints of Winsome Board together with local woodcraft including bowls and vases crafted by Reg Lockyer, hand made glass from Dragon Glass Studio and Pottery by Annette Tranter, and jewellery by Raina Ham. Local writers contribute books of poetry and local history.
The business has been operating for eleven years: it has a reputation for high quality. Details of the business are available for serious prospective buyers. A buyer who appreciated the current business and who would be prepared to sell Winsome's work would be preferred. Her main reason for wanting to sell is to have more free time to paint. Winsome's painting have been shown in four Art magazines and she was a finalist in Australian Artist and International Artist. Her work is well known and this would be a great asset to any future owner. The price includes fittings and stock valued at $30,000 while Winsome would give a successful buyer the sole right to sell her paintings for the first year at agreed commission with the option to extend the agreement if both were happy. This property would provide an enjoyable lifestyle with income to the right person or couple with opportunities for expansion in internet marketing or a framing business.

Price $650,000 neg.
